Project Overview and Objectives
The SMILE project aims to improve the employability and integration of young migrants into the labor market, while also promoting social inclusion and diversity. It also seeks to strengthen the long-term capacity of partner organizations by enhancing their ability to support young migrants and expanding their networks and collaborations within the sector.

Suse Foundation’s Contribution
The Suse Foundation will contribute to the development of the project’s core reports through field research and good practice examples conducted in the Netherlands. It will also take an active role in designing mentoring programs, interactive workshops, and cultural engagement activities aimed at building self-confidence and strengthening the social integration of young migrants.
Furthermore, the Foundation will support capacity-building for professionals by developing training content and materials tailored to youth workers and educators working with migrant communities.
