Description:
The EmpowerED project aims to strengthen the digital teaching capacities of adult education trainers and improve the employability of adult learners, particularly migrants and low-skilled workers. Through international mobility and training activities, participants will learn innovative methodologies such as AI-supported learning, gamified education, and employer-driven training models. The project also focuses on inclusive education practices and micro-credential systems to support recognition of competencies and facilitate labour market integration.
