EmpowerED Training Programme

The EmpowerED English Training Programme will take place from 12 to 16 May 2026 in Lecce, Italy, within the framework of the EmpowerED project. The five-day programme will bring together SUSE trainers and adult education staff to strengthen their capacities in digital teaching and labour-market-oriented learning approaches.

During the training, participants will explore topics such as digital transformation in adult education, AI-supported teaching tools, gamified learning, employer-driven training methodologies, and competency-based microcredentials. The programme will also address inclusive learning environments, accessibility in education, and the integration of green skills into adult learning programmes.

Through interactive workshops and practical sessions, participants are expected to develop employer-oriented training modules, sample microcredential frameworks, and implementation action plans that can later be integrated into their institutional training programmes.

The upcoming training is expected to contribute to the development of innovative, inclusive, and employment-focused adult education practices, in line with the objectives of the EmpowerED project.
